HappiJac 4800 Heavy-Duty Camper Jack named Truck Camper Magazine Reader’s Choice for best truck camper gear of 2014

January 27, 2015

Elkhart, Ind. —Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI®) announced today that its new HappiJac 4800 Heavy-Duty Truck Camper Jack was named Truck Camper Magazine Reader’s Choice for best truck camper gear of 2014. After the 4800 Jack was featured in the magazine in April 2014 it was automatically entered as a contender for the Reader’s Choice Awards voted on by Truck Camper Magazine readership.

“Customers asked for a jack with higher capacity to better accommodate popular double and triple slide truck campers, and we answered with the 4800 Heavy-Duty Jack,” said Aaron Rasmussen, General Manager of LCI’s Kaysville, UT, HappiJac division. “We performed extensive research and testing before we introduced the 4800 Heavy-Duty Jack early last year. The 4800 Jack features nearly 50 percent more load capacity than our next strongest jack with an impressive 2,800-pound load rating.”

Ideal for multi-slide truck campers, the 4800 Jack boasts robust strength, stability and efficiency with a self-lubricating bronze nut, a polished screw and a large Torrington thrust bearing. Three extra inches of length yield maximum clearance and significantly improve lateral and structural support. The 4800 Jack’s outer tube is zinc plated and powder coated to resist corrosion, and the Jack’s efficient, precision CAD design sustains quiet operation.

The HappiJac 4800 Heavy Duty Jack is available on OEM brands, through Aftermarket channels and online. Contact HappiJac at 801.544.2585 for more information.
