Lippert Components Promotes John Ries to Vice President of Rv Products

Elkhart, Ind. — Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI®) announces today the promotion of John Ries to Vice President of RV Products. Ries was most recently General Manager of LCI’s Specialty Products Division.

In his new role, Ries will be responsible for Awnings, Laminated Products, Axles, Doors, Slide-Outs, Steps, and Electric Stabilizing and Leveling Systems and will oversee over 2,000 team members from LCI.

“I’m honored and excited to work with the teams and help drive even better results at LCI at these divisions. As I’ve grown with the Company, I’ve seen our efforts improve production processes and build team culture which has made our Company better,” said Ries. “I’m excited to see how far we can go together.”

Ries has 30 years of leadership and manufacturing experience across several industries and has excelled at continuous process improvement, quality assurance, and employee development. Prior to joining LCI, Ries worked as Regional Manager for TI Automotive for nearly 20 years, as General Manager of Dana Holding Corporation and was Vice President of Operations at AL-KO Kober Group.
