Lippert Promotes Andrew Pocock to Executive Vice President of Building and Transportation Products

July 7, 2021
Elkhart, Ind. — LCI Industries (NYSE: LCII) (the “Company”), which, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lippert Components, Inc. (“Lippert”), supplies of a broad array of highly engineered components for the leading original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”) in the recreation and transportation product markets, and the related aftermarkets of those industries, announces today that Andrew Pocock, a 17-year veteran of Lippert, has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Building and Transportation Products. In this new role, Pocock will lead all sales and operational strategic direction for Lippert’s building and transportation products in North America, and will report to Lippert’s President and CEO, Jason Lippert. Total sales for Lippert’s building and transportation products is approximately $380 million for the trailing twelve months.
In 2012, Lippert began its diversification strategy by executing several key acquisitions outside the RV industry, mostly servicing the commercial bus market. Since then, Lippert has grown to supply products in multiple segments including heavy truck, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, ATVs and UTVs, as well as the railway industry. Lippert has been a supplier to the building products segment since its inception in 1956 supplying chassis, vinyl windows, entry doors, and kitchen and bath products. Pocock’s promotion into this new role will give Lippert senior strategic leadership dedicated to these markets and products, aligning sales and operations in order to incubate growth and to support the unique needs of these customers.
“I’m honored that I have been chosen to lead this initiative for Lippert and am excited about the commitment that the organization has made to focus on these markets,” said Andrew Pocock about his new role. He continued, “We have a strong team of great leaders already in place who have been paving the way for success in these industries for years now, and this new organizational commitment will create more opportunities for growth for these team members moving forward. I want to thank the entire team who has worked so hard to get us to this point as well as the executive leadership for trusting me with this new and important role for the organization.”
Jason Lippert, President and CEO, commented, “When we really began our charge into the RV industry in the early 2000’s, we dedicated every resource we had in the company to accelerate that growth. If we want to duplicate that success in these other markets, we need to replicate those efforts and have dedicated resources with our team members giving 100% of their focus on the needs of these customers. Under Andy’s leadership, we have already gotten a good foothold in a lot of these markets, but this new role and an enhanced organizational focus is the next step in our evolution for growth in the building and transportation markets.”
Lippert has several facilities throughout North America that have already dedicated operations to the building and transportation products that Pocock will now oversee. The building products facilities will include plants in Denver, Pennsylvania; Fitzgerald, Georgia; Howe, Indiana; Goshen, Indiana; Westville, Indiana; Double Springs, Alabama; Nampa, Idaho; Waxahachie, Texas; as well as a new facility in Texas that will build manufactured housing frames. Lippert’s facilities dedicated to transportation products, primarily glass and windows, include Granby, Quebec; Gaffney, South Carolina; Yoder, Indiana; and Tulsa, Oklahoma; as well as Lippert’s coating facility in Elkhart, Indiana.
