Lippert Returns to the UK’s Motorhome and Caravan Show with its Latest Products and Aftermarket Camping and Bike Rack Accessories for 2024

San Casciano Val di Pesa (FI) – Lippert Components, Inc. (Lippert™), a supplier of a broad array of highly engineered components for the leading original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”) in the recreation and transportation product markets, and the related aftermarkets of those industries, returns to the UK’s Motorhome and Caravan at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham (hall 9, stand no: 07) with its latest products and aftermarket accessories for 2024 fresh from their debut at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf, Germany.
The innovations for 2024 include the new Lippert eRove® portable electric coolbox by Furrion, and new accessories – the R-Wave and R-Skirun – for carrying multiple surfboards and canoes or skis and snowboards, respectively, for its R-Bike Van carrier system for vans.
In addition, among the wide array of Lippert products it supplies to manufacturers, such as, steps, pop-up roofs, electric drop-down beds and in-vehicle control systems, the new Lippert Modularia entry door and Manila manual drop-down bed system will also be on the Lippert stand at the NEC.

Visitors to the Lippert stand will be able to see following innovations first-hand:
R-Wave
The R-Wave connects to the R-Bike Van bike rack for vans to provide a secure and stress-free way to transport water sports equipment, like surfboards and canoes, while still being able to open the van’s rear doors. It is lightweight (7kg) and can carry up to 50kg, consisting of five surfboards, or three surfboards and one canoe, or one surfboard and two canoes. The R-Wave is designed to be quick and easy to connect to the frame of the R-Bike Van system and is available in four colours: aluminium, black, grey or white.
R-Skirun
The R-Skirun is another new accessory to fit to the R-Bike Van bike rack. It can carry (and protect) skis and snowboards up to a maximum weight of 28kg. It is lockable for travelling, yet easy and comfortable to unload upon arrival thanks to an ergonomic release button. The innovative design means the van’s rear doors can still be opened even when the R-Skirun is fully loaded. It can securely hold up to four pairs of skis or two pairs of skis with two snowboards.
Furrion eRove®
The Furrion eRove® is the most efficient portable cooler in its category, and with its 400W ePod rechargeable battery can run for up to five days of autonomous power, making it perfect for off-grid camping trips. Its best-in-class insulation technology means the eRove® is capable of freezing to -220C and keeping ice from melting longer than any other device (up to 10 days).
A 100W solar panel is available with the optional Adventure Pack so it can be recharged without plugging into 240V mains electricity or 12V power, and also includes a trolley to make it easier to transport. The eRove® measures 512 x 507 x 906mm with a capacity of 46.1 litres (72 cans) and weighs 28.9kg.
Other convenient design features include three USB ports, wireless charging for mobile phones, an LED interior light and an LCD display to easily adjust the settings between modes (beverage, freezer, eco and smart mode). It is also available with an umbrella holder, twin cup holder and a bottle opener.
Manila manual variable-height bed lifting system
Lippert is already a leading manufacturer of electrically-powered variable-height beds, and has now introduced a manual version to add a more cost-effective, lightweight alternative to its product range. The benefit of the manual system to raise or lower the bed is that it does not consume any energy, which is perfect for off-grid campers who want to preserve their battery power.
Like electric versions, the manual system is effortless to use and allows the bed to be locked at any desired height simply by pressing a button or turning a handle. It can be fitted above a rear garage or the seating area.
Modularia entry door
The Modularia is a new addition to the Lippert range of entry doors for caravan and motorhome manufacturers. It can be specified with up to two windows (single or double-pane), blinds (for privacy), two pockets, a bin and aluminium door handles. For added strength and durability, it is thermoformed and insulated for a secure, tight fit, and even the locking mechanism is made from steel. The locking system and the hinges are certified to ECE R11. Its semi-hidden hinges keep the side of the caravan or motorhome smoother.
