For more than 15 years we’ve had the largest non-captive E-Coat system in North America capable of coating products up to 50 ft. x 8.5 ft. x 4 ft. and up to 6,000 lbs. Our 35,000-gallon capacity system uses epoxy and acrylic coatings, and we offer an 8-stage TACOM-approved pre-treatment system that meets Military CARC specifications, including full immersion zinc phosphate and non-chrome sealer.

  • Used exclusively in conjunction with U.S. and authorized foreign government contracts
  • Phosphoric acid based solution removes light surface rust and laser, mill and welding scale stains from heat treatment
  • Includes phosphoric acid bath, water rinse and an application of a water-soluble, rust-preventative product
  • Depending on ambient humidity, treated parts are protected in the plant for up to 90 days
