We offer helpful advice and assistance throughout the life of your components. We have a dedicated hands-on product lab that allows call center representatives to recreate any product issues you might experience, and we offer comprehensive dealer technician training opportunities. Our new facility in South Bend, IN, gives us enough warehouse space so we can provide faster shipping for all of our parts and accessories. Whether you're troubleshooting an issue to fix yourself, scheduling service with a qualified technician or ordering a replacement part, we can point you in the right direction.

 

Technical Training

With our online technical training calendar you can quickly and easily sign up for a training seminar in your area by registering online any time, night or day. We want dealer technicians to know our products as well as we do, so we conduct training in a variety of ways. We travel to individual dealerships, host regional training sessions, participate in RVDA and RVIA training, attend OEM service schools and attend owner rallies.
