Hurricane Harvey Disaster Relief

Hurricane Harvey hit the Texas Gulf Coast on Friday, August 25 2017. It was a tropical storm, with dangerous flooding for days, winds up to 45 miles per hour, with as much as 50 inches of rain in the forecast in and around Houston.

Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas said. “The storm is one of the largest disasters America has ever faced. The region will not recover anytime soon.”
