High- and Very-High-Speed Trains
V300 Zefiro
Starting from the designer’s style concept, we have engineered and manufactured complete vestibule linings, LED lighting systems, as well as folding tables for all different commercial classes of train cars.
On the external side of the train, Lippert has also engineered and manufactured unfoldable side skirts in aluminum. We employ advanced solutions for welding and gluing in order to resist the high mechanical stress that affects a train traveling up to 400 km/h and through tunnels.

ETR 500 Brand AV
Starting in 2005, Trenitalia decided to make a massive restyling of its high-speed fleet of trains, introducing the AV brand.
Lippert completely revised the interiors of the ETR 500 trains, with new interior linings and lighting for passenger saloons of both first- and second-class coaches. Furthermore, starting from the designer's style concept, we engineered and manufactured the complete interior solution for the first-class compartments.

Starting in 2010, we have supplied a variety of interiors component for AnsaldoBreda V250 high-speed trains, for both first class and second class, including luggage racks, lighting diffusers, single / double tables and litter bins.

ETR 500 Frecciarossa
Starting in 2011, Trenitalia diversified its on board service into four different classes: Executive, Business, Premium and Standard.
Lippert studied and developed simple but effective solutions to uniquely identify the different classes, introducing new partition elements for seating. Furthermore, we revamped all ceiling panels, as well as the ceiling lighting system.

FS Coaches
A functional requalification, the change of convoy mission from "train" to "metro" service was creating criticalities in term of boarding time.
Lippert solved the situation with a brilliant restyling of the vestibules and the end side compartments.
