Maryland

Lippert offers a mail-back program through its partner, Reverse Logistics Group Americas, Inc. (RLGA), which allows Lippert’s customers to return certain Lippert branded products for recycling free of charge. To access the mail-back program simply click the link below and follow the instructions to obtain a free shipping label. Upon receipt of the shipping label, simply pack your product, affix the label to the package and send your covered electronic device for responsible recycling. If you require packaging, it will be supplied, upon request, free of charge to Maryland consumers. Click Here

Factory reset instructions:

Press settings pin wheel on remote
Select all settings
Select "Support"
Select "Reset to Initial Settings"
Answer prompt with "Cancel or Ok"
If OK is pressed the tv will power cycle and return to the initial splash screen
